Itinerary

DAY 1:

CUSCO- ABRA MALAGA – SANTA TERESA

We will start by picking you up and traveling by road to the Sacred Valley, stopping briefly in Ollantaytambo (2,792 meters / 9,160 feet) for a short break and any last-minute shopping. Next, we’ll drive up to the high Abra Malaga pass (4,316 meters / 14,160 feet), where we’ll begin our biking adventure.

After gearing up with the provided equipment and receiving a safety briefing from our guide, we’ll embark on a thrilling 3 to 4-hour descent from the high glacier peaks down into the lush jungle. We’ll enjoy lunch during this biking segment.

Following the descent, we’ll take a brief bus transfer to Santa Teresa (1,550 meters / 5,085 feet). There, you can unwind in the natural hot springs and spend the night.

You’ll have the option to experience the zip-line or canopy tour at an additional cost. We’ll have lunch at the Hydroelectric Station (2,070 meters / 6,791 feet) before taking a short break. After approximately 3 hours of walking, we’ll arrive in Aguas Calientes for dinner and an overnight stay.
