Extreme Adventure with Biking Tours Moray Maras CuscoTo kick off the tour, we will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 a.m. Our journey will begin by departing from Cusco and heading towards Cruzpata in the Sacred Valley, with the trip lasting approximately 50 minutes and passing through Chinchero. Upon reaching Cruzpata, we will embark on our biking adventure through diverse Andean landscapes, descending past fields of potatoes, quinoa, olluco, wheat, and more.
Our route will take us across the Huaypo lagoon before reaching the archaeological site of Moray, where we will pause to enjoy a break and partake in our lunchbox. Following this, we will proceed to the village of Maras and descend to the renowned salt mines. Here, you will witness the traditional salt extraction methods that have been employed since ancient times.
To conclude our tour, we will arrive at the Pichingoto Bridge in the Sacred Valley, where our vehicle will be waiting to transport us to Urubamba. After enjoying lunch in Urubamba, we will return to Cusco, marking the end of our adventure.
